This diary is used to provide owners of diabetic pets a convenient location to record important daily information, and serve as a reference for veterinary instructions, proper meter operation, and at-home care.

For the veterinary surgeon it provides valuable daily information that will help determine the diabetic pet’s ongoing insulin response and glucose regulation in the pet’s normal daily environment.
